Shayna Green

Shayna Green leads technology and AI implementation firm wide at Desert Legal Group. She came to the role from hands on legal support work, and that is what makes it work. She has sat with the case files, the intake and the billing, so she knows which parts of the job a tool should take over and which parts it should stay out of.

She trains the team on the tools and fixes the problems that come up with them, which is most of the job. The rest is deciding where technology genuinely helps and where it does not, measured against one test: whether it gives an attorney or a paralegal time back. Desert Legal Group treats leadership through innovation as a core value, and this role is what that looks like day to day.

Originally from the East Coast, Shayna moved to Arizona in 2020 to attend Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude in three years with a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and a minor in Political Science. Her academic background, combined with a long-standing interest in law, naturally led her to pursue a career in the legal profession.

Outside of the office, Shayna enjoys practicing hot yoga and Pilates and is working toward becoming a certified yoga instructor while also preparing to pursue legal studies. She also loves spending time outdoors with friends and family, taking advantage of Arizona’s sunshine and scenery.
