Bianca | Matkins uses the MyCase Client Portal to provide a secure environment for sharing case information, billing information, and communicating with clients.

New Clients

You will receive a welcome email from MyCase containing your login instructions and a link to set up your secure password.

Once you click the link to activate your portal, you will be asked to create a password, and then you will be taken to the portal. You will then be able to view all the items Bianca | Matkins has shared with you (e.g. documents, invoices, messages) as well as send messages and upload documents.

Each Desert Legal Group client will have access to their MyCase Client Portal for 24/7 easy document and case information sharing and storage. Often information and documents can become scattered over time in email messages; with the client portal clients are provided with one central place where clients can locate, view, download and print all documents we share as well as view other information related to their case.

Additionally, our client portal enables clients to upload documents directly and submit comments or questions in lieu of emailing. Its features aim at saving both time and reducing stress through improved communication, efficiency and convenience.
